Orange Cream Cheese Frosting

I give 4 starts to this recipe due to don't need the 2 cups & a half of confectioners sugar only 1 cup & a half, and need 1/4 butter, I cover a layer orange cake.

Unbelievable Pineapple Cake

Very nice and easy cake I only have whole wheat flour and i turn out very nice I taste it before I frost it and defenitly needs the frosting.

Brownie Mix in a Jar II

Best ever brownies with simple ingredients, but I add an extra egg to the recipe instead of reduce to 3 eggs, use herseys cocoa and 2 teaspoon of dark cocoa.

I'm very disapointed with this recipe, the dougth did not rise as mentioned, I had work with yeast with several recipes from this site and this is the first time that does not work as the recipe saids

Strawberry Cake from Scratch

Love this cake moist, fluffy and not dense as other reviews mentioned. I used only one cup of sugar (the yellow has sugar no point to use more)and turn out delicious will, this is a keeper. due to I hate box cakes, I love the challenges of make a cake from scratch. =)

Lemon Coconut Loaf

I like the lemon flavor and it was very moist but it crumbled a little and I baked for 60 minutes, but is nice with out the glaze.

This is a very fluffy cake, I thoug that may be too sweet but it wans't, I planned to cover with butter cream icing but I couldn't get it out from the pan. lol =)

Original Irish Cream

I made it for mother's day, we loved it, I used low in sugar and light cream it came delicious I cut down to 1/2 cup of whiskey after I read other reviews. I keep a bottle in the frige but it doesn't last long. lol

Yellow Cake Made from Scratch

I give this recipe 5 starts due to the substitute ingredients still fluffy and very nice looking, I substitute 1 cup natural orange juice instead of milk, and soy oil instead of shortening and it look fantastic I did backe two round 9" pans to make a layer cake, great recipe.

Black Chocolate Cake

I did some modifications I added an extra half cup of flour, soy oil instead of shortening and 1 cup of hersey unsweeted cocoa and 1/2 cup of dark cocoa, it came out fluffy and delicious, thanks for the recipe.

Basic Pizza Crust

Lemon Yogurt Muffins

for flavor I will give the recipe 4 stars but the muffins came out too dense, I got 18 instead of 24 but very flatten and I do not know how opal did to take the pic show on the recipe but does not worked. sorry Anna.

I used whole wheat instead and brown sugar in the boiling water, and turn out delicious, my daughter ate one rigth out of the oven with cream cheese. great recipe!
