Quick and Easy Pizza Crust
Made a double batch tonight. It was quick and very good. I made the mistake of squeezing a double batch onto a cookie sheet. It puffed up a little too much for our tastes-BUT we all agreed that we loved it. We also made stuffed crusts with cheese sticks. 2 adults, 3 kids 8,6, 1 all loved it!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
Great recipe! I didn't dissolve baking soda in hot water, but just added it dry to the batter and used tap water. What I did was make a mistake. I added 2 tsp baking soda by accident (trying to manage kids at the same time), but they turned out really well. So yummy and beautiful. I used 1 cup white chocolate and 1 cup bittersweet.

The Best Meatloaf
Great recipe! I used 1/2 turkey and 1/2 ground beef or just all turkey, depending on what I had on hand. Regardless, it turned out moist and very yummy. Family loved it! I used barbecue sauce, like Sweet Baby Ray's in it and on top because we didn't have the other, but it turned out great. Didn't use green bell pepper, but have done a boiled egg in the middle as a surprise. It was fun. I tried it with 1/2 stuffing and 1/2 bread cubed, but reduced the salt. I used onion soup mix, and omitted the salt. I've used vanilla soy milk once, and I couldn't really taste it because of the other salt. I've played with it a lot, and it hasn't failed. Try making a few and freezing it!
