Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
I followed the recommendations of TEVANS211 on how to combine & mix the ingredients and also added the 1/2 tsp of vanilla. My husband thought the batter looked too thick so he added another splash of milk. The resulting pancakes were very fluffy and the family gobbled them all up (made 16 pancakes approx. 4 in diameter) I felt like there was too much salt for my taste so will decrease the salt to half teaspoon next time. We typically make buttermilk pancakes so this is a great recipe to use when we've no buttermilk on hand :)

Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie
Love this recipe! It's a go-to recipe for after Thanksgiving turkey leftovers. I add onions and use up leftover veggies from the veggie tray. Sometimes bake in a dish with biscuit dough on top instead of making pie.

Coco's Meatloaf
Everybody loves this meatloaf recipe! I do use red bell pepper instead of green. Every time I make it, the family tells me I should have doubled the recipe so we would have leftovers. Once I used crushed Ritz crackers as I ran out of saltines and that was great too. I do use my grandmother's meatloaf glaze of ketchup, mustard and brown sugar simmered on the stove until combined and then spread on top of meatloaf with extra for dipping.
