Really easy weekday casserole. I browned the chicken first and mixed dry soup mix into rest of ingredients. The whole family loved it!

This is a great recipe. The whole family loved it. The only thing I changed was cutting back on the salt. I served it it with a loaf of crusty multigrain bread. Yum!

Black Beans, Corn, and Yellow Rice

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2013
I love this recipe! It's so easy. I made it as a topping for nachos, but will make it again as a side dish. I made it as stated in the recipe, but added some fresh cilantro. Easy to do in electric rice cooker. My whole family loved it, including my somewhat picky three year old!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2012
This is a great recipe to tweak. Based on other reviews I increased water to 1/2 cup, added 3 cloves minced garlic, 1 beef boullion cube, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and substituted 1/3 c sour cream for the cream cheese. I think next time instead of the bouillion I'm going to use low sodium beef broth in place of the water because it was a little salty. Very yummy!

Slow Cooker Thai Peanut Pork

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2012
These were fabulous! My whole family loved them, even my picky two year old. The only thing I changed was I reduced the red pepper flakes to 1/4 tsp because the little one doesn't handle spicy things to well yet. I served them over rice noodles. Great recipe, thanks for sharing!

This is a staple recipe in my house now. Even my two year old loves it. I decrease the seasoned salt and mustard to 1 tsp and leave out the 1/4 tsp salt. Great easy weekday recipe!

Blackberry Cobbler II

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2011
I made this at Christmas and it was great. I didn't have a cast iron skillet so I transferred everything to a casserole dish. I did decrease the sugar by 1/4 cup. Turned out great, got lots of compliments.

Balsamic Glazed Carrots

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2011
I really liked this recipie. I steamed my carrots first as reccommended in several other reviews and only used about 1 tsp of olive oil. I think next time I'll cut the vinegar down to 1 Tbsp, but was still very good.

Tim's Green Bean Casserole Extraordinaire

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2011
This was a huge hit with my family. I've made it for Thanksgiving for two years now and it has replaced the traditional green bean casserole. I did add some crumbled bacon and finely chopped onion as suggested in some other reviews and replaced the cornflakes with french fried onions. It's also very good with frozen green beans rather than canned.

This recipe was great, very easy and quite tasty. I made it as directed but threw in about 1/2 c of Italian blend shredded cheese. Was a huge hit with my son and even my husband who isn't a big fan of alfredo liked it.
