Mexican Chicken I

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2010
Really tasty! I used it for tacos. Wrapped it up in some corn tortillas with some light sour cream, small amount of cheese, diced jalepenos and some lettuce! I live alone, so I cut the recipe in half and had enough for about three and a half or four meals. Great for a beginner or verteran. All around easy!

Spicy Bean Salsa

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2010
I loved it. I did make some changes. Not because they needed to be made. I just went with my gut I guess. I used 1/4 of a cup of fresh lemon juice and 3/4 cup of italian dressing. I also used a red bell pepper instead of green and a yellow onion. Regardless, I am very pleased with the result, as I am sure you will be, however u make it.

Easy Garlic and Rosemary Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2010
I thought it was great. Be sure to salt and pepper it . It compliments it well. I used about half of the rosemary it calls for and put some lemon juice in the bottom of the pan to keep it juicy and covered it about half way through. Came out great for the first try and is soo easy to make.

French Toast Casserole

Definately break the crust of your bread up in little pieces so there is not too much crunch in one bite. Was a great recipe!

Pretzel Turtles®

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2009
The suggestion to drizzle melted white chocolate chips over the finished product was a good one. I just drizzled the white c. chips with a spoon rather than putting it in a bag and cutting the corner. I also used the leftover melted white chips to make some chocolate covered pretzels.

Chicken Honey Nut Stir Fry

was a little too orangy, but with just a little less O.J., would be even better IMO.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2009
Very good! my only suggestion is for a side. If you like green beans, use the pot u melted the butter and garlic in without washing it to cook the grean beans. Throw a piece of bacon in and let it fry for a minute or so, then add the beans with a dash of salt, pepper and garlic powder. Compliments the chicken well.
