I have never made my own pizza crust from scratch, plus I am from New Jersey, the home of great pizza. But I have to say that this was a great recipe. I needed more flour than called for, but that could have been the weather. I rolled the dough out and put it on a pizza stone, then used the "easy pizza sauce" recipe and the "italian style sausage" receipe from this site. It was great. Because each of the recipes were double what I needed, I froze the leftover dough, sauce and sausage for another time. Next time I would like to try the "white pizza dip" recipe from this site on the crust. I am thinking of having a pizza party and ask people to bring their own pizza stone. Thanks
