About this Cook
Hey all, I'm 22 and one of my favorite hobbies is cooking! While I don't plan to set my life out with being a chef, I know someday if I had a husband and children they'd appreciate my cooking. :)
My favorite things to cook
I'm vegetarian so I love to make classic meat dishes into delicious vegetarian alternative meals. I love Italian food the best though. I also try to make anything healthy since I am vegetarian.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My grandma's famous cauliflower casserole. Cauliflower, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, shredded cheese, and parmesan cheese are baked in the oven for a delicious cheesy side dish, yum!
My cooking triumphs
Everyone loves my casseroles I bring to parties, even if they are vegetarian!
My cooking tragedies
Basically anything that's boxed. I will never understand how I can make something from scratch, yet I can't manage to correctly bake cookie dough I bought from the store, lol! :)

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas
I made this recipe exactly as stated except for I omitted black olives and lime juice. I got so many compliments on it and it was delicious and easy to make. This is definitely a keeper!

Quick Lemon Dijon Chicken
This was a great recipe and very easy to make. I used honey mustard instead of dijon and cajun seasoning instead of creole seasoning. Even doing so, it was delicious! My parents thought it was very flavorful too. I served this with some rice and peas, yum! I will definitely make this again.

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups
It was very difficult to mix the cheese and other ingredients together and even 'spreading' them onto the chicken was pain. When we did cook it however, it was ok. The taste was kind of bland, just a cheesy garlic flavor on breadcrumbs, nothing special.
