Quick Creamy Spinach and Tomato Pasta
This was a pretty good dish. I took some notes from the other reviewers and from the "Spinach Tomato Tortellini" recipe from this site. I used a can of diced tomatoes, a box of frozen chopped spinach, and a small onion. I flavored it up with Italian Seasoning, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and chili flakes. I used celantini pasta because it held the sauce very well. For those who complained of grainy sour cream, don't add it until the very end before serving. If the sour cream cooks, it gets grainy. Pretty healthy, cheap, quick, and easy meal

Pizza Dough II
WOW, I made this a few weeks ago with my nieces and had a pizza party. I ended up adding 2 1/2 cups of wheat flour and 2 cups and a few tablespoons of all-purpose white flour. **Warning** if you aren't going to use this right away, don't wrap it up and leave it at room temp- it will keep growing. Either use it or freeze it! Still tasted amazing, can't wait to make it again!

Mini Tacos
I made these for a superbowl party, and they went fast. I accidentally grabbed eggroll wrappers instead of wonton, but I just cut them in quarters. Spray the bottom of a mini-muffin tin, push in the wrappers, then spray again lightly to get a nice crispy browning. I made this with 1 lb of crumbled spicy sausage, 1/2 jar of salsa, and 1 cup of monterey jack cheese. Assemble right before serving. I garnished with a little dollop of sour cream and some green onion. Definite A+ for presentation
