Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

These sandwiches were a hit! My husband absolutley loved these. I used 5 frozen chicken breast and cooked on high for one hour and on low for four hours. I then shredded the chicken and let it cook another hour to absorb the sauce. I served them on garlic bread with crumbled blue cheese on top. Yummy! Thank you for this recipe I will be using often!

Spinach Bacon Quiche

This quiche turned out really good. Only thing I did different was use a cup less milk and one extra egg. I will be making this recipe everytime I am in the mood for quiche from now on. Thanks!

Peanut Butter Noodles

This is a very good and easy recipe. I doubled the chicken broth and peanut butter for the sauce and left the rest of the ingredients the same. I also added sliced chicken breast and steamed broccoli. This is something I will be making often, thanks for the great recipe!

Amusement Park Cornbread

This is the best cornbread I have ever tasted! The cook time was off for me, but it turned out wonderful after I let it cook for 25 min. at 400 and turned the oven down to 350 for another 10 min. I will never buy a mix again! Thank you so much for this great recipe!

Chocolate Toffee Crunch Bars

Oh my gosh!! These are so good! I made them in a 8x8 pan and reduced the amount of graham crackers and kept the other ingredients the same (only because there are only two of us and I didn't want a whole 13x9 pan to tempt me) I put the pan in the freezer for 20 min. right after I spread the chocolate over the top and they were perfect to cut. Thanks for a great recipe!

Minestrone Soup I

I added one lb. of browned ground beef and a little more of the veggies called for except the potatoes and about 2 cups more broth because of all the extras. It was sooo good! Thank you for the only minestrone recipe I will ever use!

Artichoke Chicken

This was very good! I used 1/2 mayo and 1/2 sour cream instead of all mayo. I also browned the chicken and added sauteed mushrooms to the sauce. Yummy, I will be making this often! Thanks for the great recipe!

Mushroom Risotto

I have to say this is by far the best recipe I have ever made off this site. I have never eaten risotto before, but o'my this is wonderful. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I used chicken broth instead of veggie(all I had on hand). I didn't use the celery, instead I added about 1/4 of a teaspoon of dried rosemary and I also used dried parsely(forgot to buy fresh). This is pure comfort food at it's finest. Thank you for a recipe that I will enjoy for many years!!

Vodka Sauce

Yummy!! I used this over rolled up lasagna with sweet italian sausage. very good. Thank you for a great recipe! I may cut back the vodka to 1/2 cup next time as the taste was pretty strong.

Burrito Pie

This was very good! I crisped the tortilla's before layering and used red enchilada sauce instead of the taco sauce and tomatoes because that is what I had on hand. Next time I will follow the recipe too a "T" as I'm sure it will be even better. Thank you for the great recipe.

Lori's Famous Crab Cakes

I though these were pretty good. I will either use fresh crab or a different kind of canned crab next time as I wasn't to fond of the kind I used. Hubby really like these and wants me to make them all the time now.

Yummy!! This is comfort food at it's best. I did double the meat and gravy mixture and jazzed the spices up a bit. I also used frozen pea's and carrot's insted of the mashed carrots. This is going to be a staple recipe from now on.

Shish Tawook Grilled Chicken

We really enjoyed this recipe. I marinated the chicken over night and it was so juicy and flavorful. I don't have cardamom, so didn't use it. I did sprinkle fresh cilantro on top instead of the parsely and it was very good.
