Potato Cake
This is good, But I put 2 eggs instead of one. I also added chives and a half of a small onion finely choped and extra garlic powder (I used the powder instead of the garlic salt). My daughter didn't care for them. But I that there easy to make and cook. You can add any herb's and spicy's you like to make it more yummy and heathly! Enjoy!

Golden Pork Chops
I like this recipe. But I made a couple of changes, I used 2 cloves of garlic instead of the salt garlic, didn't use too much salt just a little, instead of only useing a half of onion I used a hole one because there very good for you and I love them. Real garlic is very good for you as well. I used one can of the golden mushroom soup and 1/3 cup of water and mixed it up and poored it over the, porkchops, garlic and onion(s). My 3 year old loves it too.
