This was awesome. I always make it with cocoa but I like this way (no caffeine.) I used coconut milk and pure maple syrup!

Wonderful soup. Omitted chicken broth to avoid msg and added a little more salt. Did have the sherry and it was still wonderful.

West African Vegetable Stew

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2011
Excellent recipe. Used dried chick peas and black beans that I soaked. Placed all ingredients in crock pot for the day. Also omitted the chicken broth (to avoid msg) added some more salt and cinnamon. Used swiss chard only because I didn't have spinach.

Great recipe, used a bit of natural peanut butter instead of the almonds, only used 1/2 butter and now oil. Also used rice flour and oat flour instead of wheat flour. Didn't use sugar just some agave nectar (1/4 cup.) They turned out awesome!

These are great! I used a combination of potato flour, rice flour and tapioca flour. I added a 1/2 tsp of xantham gum, a 1/2 tablspoon of soy milk and used a real egg. They turned out really well.

Gluten-Free White Bread for Bread Machines

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2008
This bread is fantastic! I have been trying for over a year for a good gluten free bread and this one is by far the best! It turned out really well in the bread maker however I did add another cup of a combination of flours (tapioca, potato starch and rice flour) I also made it will 2 eggs and it turned out fine, not quite as tall as the first one but I may experiment with a little water and corn starch to replace the one egg. Thanks for the recipe!

I love this cake. It is easy and turns out great. Perfect for chocolate lovers. Have not tried the icing on top for that could be sweet, a little icing sugar is great for decorating!

These were excellent. Nice and chewy with great flavour. I used rice flour and a tsp of xanthan gum instead of regular flour...still tasted wonderfully. They are good and filling.

They were wonderful with great flavour. I made some changes to make it more gluten and dairy free. I used 1 cup rice flour and 2 tablespoons corn flour and only 1 egg. I also used soured soy milk instead of the sour cream. Still turned out wonderfully.
