Mom's Fabulous Chicken Pot Pie with Biscuit Crust
This was great! I actually substituted fat free evaporated milk for the cream and also used 1/8 cup of butter + 1/8 cup olive oil instead of the full 1/4 cup butter. Also, I didn't use celery but added some more peas. The only issue I had was the center roll was a little gummy. Maybe I would just try not to squish the biscuits in so tightly together next time. My whole family just loved this recipe!
