Mom's Fabulous Chicken Pot Pie with Biscuit Crust
This was great! I actually substituted fat free evaporated milk for the cream and also used 1/8 cup of butter + 1/8 cup olive oil instead of the full 1/4 cup butter. Also, I didn't use celery but added some more peas. The only issue I had was the center roll was a little gummy. Maybe I would just try not to squish the biscuits in so tightly together next time. My whole family just loved this recipe!

Fresh Rhubarb Pie
Best rhubarb pie ever! Omitted the butter. My husband says it's better than his mother's, which is a lot to say!

Tangy Chicken Fajitas
These were great! My husband would have preferred the chicken to be in strips, but that's easily done!
