This turned out pretty good. I quadrupled the recipe & made 4 (deep dish 9") pies. I did use evaporated milk, half brown sugar & a dash of lemon juice. I peeled the potatoes 1st, then boiled them. I also used a potato ricer to get all of the lumps out.
Others have said that the pie is too sweet, but I added a little more sugar & it was still not as sweet as I would have liked it.
