Parmesan Sesame Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2008
Very moist. To be honest I thought I would come out a bit dry but I was wrong it was moist and tender. I had a lot of bread crumb mix left over so I will use it again.

Black Beans with Bacon

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2010
These were very good. I usually don't like bacon on my food but decided to give this recipe a try. All I can say is that it was delicious. I decided as previously suggested to use a can of black beans. Will definelty continue making this recipe. The only thing I did differently is fry the bacon first to make it crispy then I added the veggies. Yummo!!

Simple Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2008
Wow! I would give these more stars but I can't. It has been a long time since I have done Sloppy Joes and I would use the canned sauce. I am not going back. These are soooo good! I love it. I followed the recipe for 12 servings and barely had enough to bring for lunch. They are fantastic!!! I will do these again and again and will not use Manwich, as another user stated, again.

Peppery Beef Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2008
I would do this again. I tastes pretty good. I thought I would have to add something like a bit of salt but I didn't have too. Next time I might add green onions for my preference.

Ranch Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2008
I have done these burgers twice and they are very good. The first time I did these I gave my sister the recipe and she was surprised that it had egg in the meat. My husband's sister and her boyfriend enjoyed the burgers and asked when we were going to grill again.

Easy Creamy Peppercorn Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2008
My husband really liked this recipe. He cleaned his plate. He said that next time I do it to add fresh mushrooms on top. He loves mushrooms. I am not a big fan of them but I liked this recipe also. Next time I will rub the chicken with just a little bit of seasoned salt for more flavor.

Chicken, Garlic, and Sundried Tomato Pasta

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2008
Very, Very good pasta. I wish I could have made more. The sauce has a great flavor and the tomatoes add more to the flavor. I will absolutely do this recipe again. Next time I am going to cook the chicken bits before putting them in the sauce. Just because the chicken let out juice. I did not have farfalle pasta so I used whole wheat penne pasta. I also used the 98% condensed chicken. Sooooo goooood....We cleaned our plates.

Mongolian Beef II

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2008
Yum, Yum! Great recipe. I loved it and so did my husband. The meat was so tender and delicious. I added granulated garlic and added water because while I was cooking it, it became thick. Next time I'll add 1 or 2 tblspns of cornstarch to an 8 serving dish. Besides that it is definately a keeper.

Quick and Spicy Chili

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2008
This chili is really good. I have never done chili before and Hubby liked it. I did not add the habanero peppers because they are toooo hot and I did not have flour but added cornstarch later realizing it that I shouldn't of have used it because it was so thick so i ended putting another cup of water to it. Besides that Thanks for this recipes it's a keeper.
