I really love to bake! Tere's nothing in the world that gives me so much pleasure and satisfaction, especially when my baked goods disappear immediately (thanks to my family and friends ). Although I'm a beginner and don't bind my future carrier with gastronomy, I am very motivated to get more experience and learn as much as possible from the best bakers and cooks. That's one of my greatests passions!

My mum taught me to eat home made meals. Nowadays I can't stand unhealthy, fatty food served in all the K**, Mc*** etc...
I'm a specialist in baking in our family (thanks to my mum, again!)
My dad is gerat at cooking original italian pastas and my granny makes the best lasagna in the world!
I keep guard the health level of all meals we prepare together.
My cooking triumphs
- My first muffins from an original english recipe ( came out so well-risen and delicious!And disappeared immediately!)
- A secret recipe of tart, which one of the best bakers in Warsaw gave me about 6 months ago (maybe I'll share it with you all someday!). So I've decided to make it immediately after recieving the recipe. It came out really deicious ( I used fresh pears with their juices and sprinkled it with nuts)
My cooking tragedies
- when I was a little girl, I wanted to surprise everybody and make delicious donuts. I used about 15 eggs, 1kg of flour and lots of other ingredients. It was the biggest mistake in my whole baking carrier! Donuts came out quite tasty, but at the other day they turned into STONES! I guess I must have used too much flour or eggs or everything! It was such a shame in front of my whole family...
