These were easy to make, and SO delicious! I warmed the eggs in hot tap water for a few minutes, and microwaved the milk for 20 sec. I also added about 1/4 tsp. vanilla (I still used a dash of nutmeg as well). I baked this in a non-stick oven proof pan, and it turned out beautifully! Great with just butter and powdered sugar, but I also sauteed some apple slices in butter with a little apple juice and cornstarch (to thicken a bit) and served them on top. Delicious!
