Wisconsin Bratwurst

We grill our brats first - then simmer in beer and onions - no butter. Then a nice hot mustard to top!

Chili-Lime Chicken Kabobs

Excellent! I just marinated the whole boneless chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and grilled with a side of veggies - very, very moist and delicious - don't let the "hot" spices deter you from trying - was actually mild and I "kicked" it up a notch! I'm going to try this with london broil. Thanks for sharing!

Daria's Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Excellent! Very easy to throw together. I doubled the recipe and used red wine instead of white, 3 cloves fresh garlic, added extra flour at the end to thicken more and also used one 8 oz. cream cheese - no sour cream. The canned mushrooms make a great addition. It's a keeper! Thanks for sharing!

Bob's Awesome Lasagna

Excellent! Quick and easy - I used 2 jars of Classsico, added fresh garlic and italian seasoning. Also fresh grated parmesan on top before baking. Everyone enjoyed it and it's now the only one I make. Thanks for sharing!

Excellent!!! I made this yesterday and was a major hit! I used the 4 Italian Cheese mix bag and one bag of shredded Mozz (added to the ricotta) and added fresh parsley, garlic and onion powder, topped with fresh grated parmesan before baking. Also used the ziplock bag to fill. It's a keeper! Thanks for sharing. Susan

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert

EXCELLENT!!!! I made this for my picnic yesterday - I don't have anything left! I used extra peanuts and divided the 9x13 by using peanuts on one side and none on the other for the guests preference. I also increased the peanut butter by 2 tablespoons. Thanks for a great recipe - it will be made again and again.

Famous Butter Chicken

It is excellent hot out of the oven or cold for a snack but I don't suggest reheating, it was soggy and not nearly as good. Thank you for a great recipe - a nice change from breadcrumbs!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
