Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
the best sauce I have ever tasted, I did mine in the slow cooker after browning my meat onions and garlic. I also added whole button mushrooms and shredded zucchini. It is now my go to sauce!

Mini Meatloaves
everyone loved it.... chopped up zucchini very fine with my chopper and added to the meatloaves..... kids had no idea there were veggies inside

Chicken Tortilla Soup V
Made this for my brother and his wife who just had a baby, they LOVED it..... to simplify things I bought a precooked chicken at my grocery store for the chicken I also added fresh cilantro as well to add some additional flavour.... this is an amazing soup!
