This was a great dessert! Super easy to make and went over well with everyone! There were no leftovers! I would definitely make this again.

White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: May 6, 2011
I wanted a variation from the typical cherry cheesecake I normally make. This cheesecake was absolutely delicious! I needed to make it quickly so I used a store bought premade crust and canned blueberry topping. If you didn't know there was white chocolate in there you probably wouldn't know when eating it but it was still really tasty! Definitely recommend this dessert! Thank you.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2010
I followed all ingredients and would not change a thing! This recipe was great as written. I did notice the sauce was a little watery before shredding the chicken but after it thickened right up! Will use this again and again, was a huge hit in my house..thanks!

Sausage Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2010
This soup was phenomenal!! I used beef broth because its all I had, it was great even as left overs. I made it in the slow cooker so it was even easier to prepare than the directions and it turned out great! I think the next time I might try rice instead of the pasta because it had fallen apart and was mush by the time we ate it. Great soup! Thanks for the recipe!

Pumpkin Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2010
Followed directions but used walnuts instead of pecans. Next time I would definitely use the pecans. It was very bland, it was much better when maple syrup was added to the top. Almost like a pumpkin flavored french toast. Not what I was expecting so I'll try something different next time.

Coconut Rice

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2010
Was my first time trying coconut rice, wasn't what I expected, I made it as stated but with sushi rice and it was okay. Next time I think I might add a bit more spices to it. It had a light coconut taste.

Slow Cooker Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2010
This is a great recipe and so quick and easy! Will definitely be using this again and again! I did take the advice of many other reviewers and doubled the tortillas, added a can of black beans and did not use the water at all. It turned out perfect! I would also recommend serving it with some extra salsa and sour cream on the side.

Banana Pudding IV

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2010
This was so good and very easy! It does make an awful lot though so I think next time I would cut the recipe in half and use a smaller dish. Even my husband enjoyed it....his only complaint...the cookies on the bottom got soggy if you don't eat it the same day. Thanks!

Famous Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2010
Wasn't all that impressed...followed the recipe exactly. Wasn't what I expected with all the great reviews. Baked for 35 minutes and was definitely done by then, 45 minutes would have been too long.

Sausage Spinach Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2010
This was very tasty! Would be great for brunch. I thought it tasted better the next day so it would be great recipe to prepare ahead and just reheat. I used a pound of ground maple sausage and it was delicious! Everyone loved it.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2009
A definate keeper!! Tastes like a mild chili with chicken instead of beef...great for those who don't eat red meat! The only thing I did differently was added a 12oz. can of tomato sauce as opposed to an 8oz. can and it came out great! It was thicker than a soup would be. If you like it spicy you could jazz it up with a few more spices. Great served with corn bread. Really easy!

Ricotta Pie

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2008
This recipe was very good, but not what I expected. It tasted like a sweet quiche. It was a different consistency as I expected as well. A little too eggy for a Ricotta pie but overall a great recipe and very easy to make!! Thanks!
