Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

These were great. I sprinkled chocolate chips over the top when they came out of the oven and it was a perfect topping. I'll definitely keep this recipe.

My sister made this and it literally took her 5 minutes. She used the coconut pudding. It is too delicious and it's now in my recipe box.

Deep Dark Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2004
This cake is so moist and delicious, it doesn't even need frosting. But when I do frost it, I use the Fluffy White Frosting recipe posted on this site because it is light and not excessively sweet. This is the only chocolate cake recipe I use.

Fluffy White Frosting

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2004
I have been using this frosting recipe for 20 years. It has always been a favorite in my family. Make sure to cook the syrup until the sugar is completely dissolved and clear. I use this recipe on the Deep Dark Chocolate Cake recipe by Hershey that is posted on this site.

Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: May 22, 2005
This was very good. I used regular rice and poached boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I sauteed the onions in butter first, then added the soups, milk and cheese until heated through, added everything else and baked. Yum.

Chocolate Walnut Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2010
This worked tremendously for me. I used 2 cups mini marshmallows (what I had on hand) and fat free evaporated milk. While it did take a little longer to set up, the end result was deliciously creamy. Not at all dry or crumbly. I think this may be the only fudge recipe I use for Christmas this year!
