The Best Thai Peanut Sauce
Awesome and easy - I used this for the first time for my husband's birthday party buffet with chicken skewers and everyone was blown away! Now i use it for other dishes like rice, pasta, stir fry, and chicken. It lasts for a long time in the fridge too and is great to use with any kind of boring leftovers.

Banana Banana Bread
This was great - i'd never made banana bread before but used this recipe based on the rating. I only used four bananas. I found this to be way better than what i grew up eating (sorry mom!). Last night i cut myself a big slice and put cream cheese frosting on it - better than cake! I added a teaspoon and a half of vanilla to the eggs-and-banana mixture. I also added 2 sprinkles of each of the following to the dry mixture: cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. I also added about 2 ounces of a gourmet raspberry chocolate bar i had in the pantry-chopped into fine pieces. The chocolate gives little pockets of extra awesomeness to the finished product!
