Felix K.'s 'Don't even try to say these aren't the best you've ever eaten, because they are' Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: May 25, 2010
My family give this recipe 2 thumbs up! I used 1 stick margarine and 1/2 c. shortening. It only needed 1/2 bag of semi sweet chocolate chips. This recipe is the one to use!

Green Tomato Raspberry Jam

I shared this with my Father-in-law. We both love that we can utilize all our tomatoes. No more waste! No one has been able to tell that the jam was made without any berries. Love it!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2009
These muffins are great! I did substitute pear sauce for the oil and increased the pumpkin to 1 cup, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. cloves, and added 1/4 tsp. ginger. These are very moist. I will add this to my recipe box! Thanks!

Crispy Orange Beef

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2009
I made this "as is" but found it to be too sweet. The overall flavor was pretty good..I would just like it to be a little spicy. My kids loved it and want me to make it again! Next time I will add some red pepper flakes to give some sizzle.

New York Cheesecake III

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2008
I had to make this twice due to the fact that my oven was too cold to bake as directed. The second try was successful when I raised the baking temperature to 300 degrees. Granted, it cracked but it didn't matter since I topped it with strawberries. The texture and flavor was wonderful! Thanks for the recipe. It will now be added to my recipe box!

Honey Baked Chicken II

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2008
This is a really good recipe! My kids practically inhaled it! I cut the butter and honey by half; it was plenty sweet that way. Since I was short on time I cooked it on the stove, simmering the chicken in the glaze. This cut the cooking time to 15-20 minutes. This recipe will be make again and again! Thanks!
