Oat-N-Honey Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2008
This bread turned out great. I don't have a bread machine so these are the ajustments I made. 2 1/4 tsp of dry active yeast (or one package) Mix the dry ingrediants frist then add buttermilk and yeast that has been desolven in water. Kneed untile dough clings to the dough hook and then for 2 min longer. Let rise 1 hour. after one hour roll out and fold into a loaf shape that fits into a loaf pan. let rise 1 hour. cook at 400 for 30 min. The only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 is that O really couldn't taste the oats or the honey.

I love Falafel but this didn't do it for me. I think it was a texture thing. She soft Falafel and the crunchy veggies didn't go well together

Oven Stew II

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2008
This stew had a lot of flavor. I didn't have a roasting pan with a lid so I just made it in a 13x9 inch backing pan and covered it with foil. Next time I make it I will add more liquid.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2008
We had mixed reviews in our house. I personally liked them and will keep the recipe on hand. I might play with the ratios next time. For example less Katchup and maybe add a bit of garlic.
