About this Cook
I'm 25 years old. I have a 9 year old step daughter, and a 1 year old daughter, and a 4 month old daughter. I love to cook new things and different things. My step-daughter loves to help me cook and try new foods. My 1 year old Bianca tries to help also. We got Bianca a play kitchen set so she can cook like mom. I can't wait til she can also really help cook. I have been trying to cook healthier foods.

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon
Im giving the recipe 4 stars as wrote but with a few minor changes it's easily a 5 star recipe! I add onion with the garlic and I also add Italian seasoning and then I add the spinch to the bacon and tomatoes to wilt it that way. We like to add a bit of parmesan cheese to the top. You can serve this as a meal or as a side dish. And it goes well with Chicken, fish, pork, and beef!

Zucchini Brownies
OMG!!! We LOVED LOVED LOVED these brownies. The batter is very very dry I had to add extra oil because I had shredded a bunch of zucchini and waited awhile to use it all up so it was too dry for the recipe but next time I will shred it while making the brownies.

Chicken and Sweet Potato Bake
I made this last night for dinner it turned out pretty good. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the chicken was a bit dry. I did take the advice of the reviewers and raised the temp to 375 and if not the potatoes would not have been cooked. I will make this again because my girls loved it!!
