Whipped Cream Frosting
I would give this 10 stars if I could. Easy to make and is simply amazing. Nothing to add, no further step were taken. Love this and will be used any time frosting is needed. The ONLY problem I had was that, after frosting two French Silk Pies, there was a lot left over.

Cheater Pot Pie
This is similar to the way I've been making it for years. I add crushed rosemary, dried sage and basil. I also use a mashed potato crust on the bottom. I simply mash cooked potatoes without milk or butter, press them evenly into a glass 9" pie pan and bake 20 minutes at 400. There are many variations that can be used, I usually change it up a bit. It's a great winter dish that we have once per month when it gets cold out.

Buffalo Chicken Dip
Tasted good, but you can't get authentic "Buffalo" flavor if you use ranch dressing. Authentic buffalo is Blue Cheese and nothing substitutes. Not sure who or where they started using ranch with Buffalo wings but it doesn't work. I also use rotisserie chicken instead of canned, the flavor is much better and can be bought at most grocery stored these days. Gave it 3 stars, would have been 5 if it were called "Spicey Ranch Chicken Dip". So long as it uses ranch dressing, it won't taste "Just Like Buffalo Chicken Wings"
