This was quite good, but like most people, I made some changes. I used a whole chicken cooked in water (no broth on hand) and debones it after it was done. When I put the chicken in to cook, I added two washed and cut potatoes, a finely cut small onion, carrots and celery. After deboning the chicken, I added a can of cream of mushroom soup, a dash of cumin, a teaspoon of pultry seasoning, and a teaspoon of garlic. I only used one can of biscuits and had considerable trouble trying to sink them a bit so they cooked. It was delicious though and the dumplings were fabulous after they cooked for a couple of hours. I'll do this again.
