Bran Muffins with Coffee

These muffins were dense, did not rise, and I would not make them again. Needs more liquid (much more). Disappointing.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

These are very easy to make and a crowd pleaser! I add 1 tsp of vanilla extract to enhance the flavour! My husband loves them!

Applesauce Cocoa Cookies

I don't like very sweet cookies so I gave these a try. Unfortunately, they were very heavy, unflavorful, and even my diabetic mother wouldn't eat them!
