Really liked this dish! However, I typically read reviews first and this time I was in a rush, whoops! Definitely a bit thin, but even so, it was great, not overwhelmingly spicy!

Creamy Chicken Enchiladas Verde

Pretty delicious and easy, but certainly not the most healthy dish. Even my husband, who really dislikes chicken, thought they were pretty delicious! Good for nights when you don't have as much time!

I will have to admit, this wasn't my all-time favorite zucchini bread, but it had massive rave reviews from everyone else that tried it! I brought some to our national night out party and they couldn't get enough! My family loved it as well! I did listen to other readers and cut the sugar by a 1/2 cup, and that was one of the most frequent comments I got, was that it was great because it wasn't too sweet. In one of the loaves, I added dark chocolate chips, which I really liked. The only other change I made was to use applesauce instead of oil. But as it is zucchini season, we will be making this recipe many more times I'm sure!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Absolutely loved this soup! So easy and delicious! Like the others, I threw the raw chicken right in the pot and shredded it later which worked out great. We used mild enchilada sauce but it still seemed to have a good amount of spice. The kid thought it was too spicy! Next time I will definitely add some black beans and probably some bell peppers as well. This was a great and easy soup!

Lemony Quinoa

I thought this dish was delicious and quite healthy, But it didn't quite pass the kid and husband test. I made exactly as the recipe said, but I think next time I will use almonds instead of pine nuts, that was the only part I wasn't too thrilled about. May also add some extra veggies simply because we love veggies in this house. But otherwise very good dish!

Thai Cucumber Salad

Found this salad delicious! A little soupy, but otherwise great! I was a little concerned because we only have sugar in the raw, which doesn't really dissolve, but it still added some sweetness and the rest just sank to the bottom of the bowl. Added a little crushed red pepper for some extra spice. Next time I would maybe add a few more veggies, but otherwise, very tasty!

Meatball Nirvana

These were pretty delicious and easy as far as meatballs can go! I used a little mild pork sausage because we had it on hand and also an egg. Next time I may try them exactly as the recipe says, but otherwise they were pretty delicious as we made them!

Creamy Shell Pasta Salad

We loved this salad! We made it exactly as the recipe said and it was delicious! Next time I think we may leave out the egg and cheese and maybe add a few more veggies, but that is just our personal preference. Otherwise, I highly recommend this pasta salad!

Seven Layer Taco Dip

this dip was fantastic! i had my doubts about mixing the taco seasoning in the beans rather than the sour cream, and the green peppers, but this was awesome! i made it for a party last night and it was a wild success, we couldn't stop eating it!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Sour Cream Burgers

these were pretty tasty. we didn't have any problems with them falling apart. i think next time, i would use a bit less onion soup mix and i would make them a touch smaller. otherwise, they were fantastic, very moist.

The flavor of the dish wasn't bad, but I didn't love the cube steak at all, not even the next day. I'm sure I would love this dish with chicken or regular ground beef.

Teena's Spicy Pesto Chicken and Pasta

This was fantastic! I especially love the goat cheese I added at the end. The only problem I had was that it was a bit dry. I added a touch more olive oil, but it didn't help much. I attribute the dryness to my own inabilities, but it was still great, even my picky boyfriend loved it!
