Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken
Delicious! Followed the recipe as is - we really liked the gravy - a lot of flavor compared to other recipes I've tried. This also works well with minute steaks for country fried chicken!

Spinach Tomato Tortellini
This recipe was a great jumping off point for a quick dinner. I sauteed garlic and onion and then added frozen spinach and a jar of alfredo sauce until heated through. I stirred in fresh chopped tomatoes just before adding the totellini. Nice fresh flavors and super easy with the pantry items I had on hand.

Ranch Style Popcorn Seasoning
I used air-popped corn and tossed it in melted butter before adding the seasoning mix (omitted oil). Next time would leave out the pepper and maybe the salt - they overpower the other spices.
