Patti's Mussels a la Mariniere

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2015
This is very good and simple to make. I didn't have tomatoes on hand so I used a can of dice fire roasted tomatoes instead. I also didn't have any white wine, only red in the house. I used Pinot Noir and a bit of chicken broth. I turned out great. I will definitely make this again and again. ?? ??

Yummy! I cut the recipe in half because only 3 of us. I only have about 3/4 cup of sour cream left ( didn't want to go to the store just for that), it still turn out great!??I also sprinkle raw sugar, about 1/2 teaspoon on top of each muffin before baking.

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2009
I made it last night with roasted potatoes. It turns out great. I did add more chopped onion and Italian seasoning. I baked for 45 minutes. The hardest part of this recipe is peeling the leaves off the head of cabbage. I did peel it from the top down. It's seemed to work better. Great recipe. Thanks!

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2009
I made this dish for New Year's Eve dinner. It was a hit. My 11 year olds went for second. I served with roasted potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper with the side of saute' asparagus. It probably will be our tradition New Year's Eve dinner from now. We all love it!

Corned Beef and Cabbage II

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2008
This is the first time for me to make corned beef. I wasn't sure how it is going to turn out. My husband and my 10 years old are very picky. They both love it. The cabbage is sweet. I will keep this recipe! Thanks!
