Chocolate Trifle

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2008
This is soooo yummy! The first time I made it, I follow the directions to a T. The second time I made it, I changed it up a bit. For the brownie layer, I used store-bought brownie bites cut into chunks, drizzled caramel syrup over the top, and chopped up Reeces cups. To the pudding layer, I added heavy cream (about a cup) and reduced some of the cool whip. Both ways were delicious! I can't wait to make this again! It's very easy to make, beautiful, and easy to modify to suit your tastes!

Rachel's Cream Cheese Fruit Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2008
This was fantastic! It took a bit of time to chop up all the fruit, but it was well worth it. The pretzels add a nice crunch, and the creamy sauce is amazing! Be ware! It makes a ton!

Easy Deviled Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2008
I used dijon mustard, and bread crumbs instead of stuffing, but it was awesome! My boyfriend LOVED it, and so did I. Very easy to prepare, although it's a little messy. But that's half the fun in cooking! Tip: When reheating leftovers, use a little dijon mustard/mayo mixture to dip it in!

Green Bean Bundles I

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2008
Oh so yummy! And really easy to make! The only modification I made was to season the bacon with some cajun seasoning first. I'm from Louisiana and put cajun seasoning on everything :)

Creamy Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2008
This was pretty good...but it makes alot and gets old fast. Unless you have a huge family, I recommend cutting the recipe in half. Also, I used crushed cheez-its on top instead of crackers, which added some nice flavor and crunch!

Baked Dijon Salmon

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2010
I made this last week for my boyfriend, and he said it was the best thing I've ever cooked! We easily finished off 1.5 pounds of salmon fillets! I made this exactly like the recipe says, only my fillets were pretty thick so I had to cook it longer. Served it with rice pilaf and green beans. This will be in my regular rotation of recipes now. Delicious!!!

Tortilla Rollups IV

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2011
The only difference I made was to use flavored tortillas and add sliced lunch meat (ham with sun-dried tomato tortillas, and turkey with spinach tortillas). I've made them several times and they're always a huge hit!

Baked Zucchini

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2012
Tried this tonight. I halved the filling for one medium zucchini, and had some left over. I also added a bit of shredded Romano cheese and topped it all off with some Zesty Breadcrumbs. It was delicious!!!! Might make this as a side for Thanksgiving instead of my usual creamed corn.
