I'm trying to stock up on as much leftovers as possible for the beginning of April. So, I decided to make a whole bunch of food for the rest of March so I can concentrate a little more time on gardening in April. Here is the end of month eating schedule at my house. MARCH 7-14, 2009 Well. I dug up the garden #2 area last week. It will have about 50-80 carrots, 2 red onions and 2 vidalia onions (if I can find them), garlic (unknown # but wanting at least 10). I might add the tomatillo plants on opposite sides but if I do, I'll have to manually pollinate… MORE
