Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2014
Easy, quick and tasty for a quick summer meal and bonus points that my kids ate it, liked it and didn't complain lol. I used Wishbone fat free dressing. Thanks.

Chicken, Seasoned Rice and Vegetable Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2014
This was ok. I added extra seasonings to my taste, and cooked the rice a bit first so cooking time would be accurate for the chicken and rice, but it was still just very bland, but not inedible. There were no textural problems, but I wouldn't make it again because I don't want to have to excessively doctor up a recipe. Also gave points for how easy it was to make. Thanks for sharing!

Broccoli Chicken Divan

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2013
If it were sans chicken and meant to be a broccoli cheddar chowder type of thing that would work, with tons of doctoring up on the seasonings. However, it was not what I expected, my family enjoyed the garlic bread more than the food. Waste of time and ingredients, but thanks anyway.

Broccoli and Provolone Quiche

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2013
Made this today as written with the exception of adding more seasoning to my taste and decreasing the amount of cream slightly. Was delicious and not wet, set perfectly at 35 minutes. Kids even liked it lol. Thanks

Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon-Mustard Dressing

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2013
This is a tasty salad. I skipped the dressing, not a mustard fan so just used a nice vinigarette. Also added tomatoes and a little feta. A good recipe with flexibility, thank you.

Followed recipe exactly and they came out wonderful! My daughter loved them, and she is not a huge dumpling fan! Thanks.

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2012
Made this last night, except used what I had: drumsticks & thighs. Also did add extra seasoning (parsley, onion powder, a little salt) to the breadcrumb mixture. Used 6 cloves of fresh garlic. Turned them halfway through and did turn it down to 400 degrees after about 15 minutes. They came out delicious and crispy and tasted yummy! Thanks.

Jamaican Saltfish Fritters (Stamp and Go)

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2012
Yesss gyal!!! I've been wanting these forever but never knew how to make them and don't like the ones I've found in restaurants. I made them last night as directed except added some scotch bonnet. They were delicious! No one in my house really likes saltfish so I was lucky enough to be able to eat them all myself, and I sure did! Thank you

Carne Guisada III

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2010
Oh my...this is delicious! Delicious isn't even the word! The meat is fantastic, very tender, the sauce is yummy. The only changes I made were omitting the salt and increasing the sofrito by a little bit (personal taste). The smell was amazing in my house while this was cooking, my mouth was watering. My kids gobbled it up. Boyfriend hasn't tried it yet but I don't care, it gets 5 stars from me and I'm sure he's going to LOVE it. Thanks for sharing.

Mexican Baked Fish

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2010
Made this with fish and chicken since I know my kids hate fish. My boyfriend & I enjoyed the fish. I did have to add some extra seasoning. The kids didn't like the chicken but hey, kids are picky so no harm, no foul there.

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2010
Oh, this is excellent! I am trying to lose a few pounds so wanted to try a crustless quiche and this is it for me! The only change I made was adding a little feta cheese. Very, very good recipe!

Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2008
This was delicous! I followed the directions exactly except for leaving out the mushrooms which I don't like. Although my kids weren't crazy about it, my husband and I loved it! My brother-in-law stopped by the next day and had a piece. The funny thing is both my husband and brother-in-law asked me where I bought it when they first tasted it. Will make again.

Man Pleasin' Jambalaya

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2008
This is a great recipe. Was a big hit with my husband and kids. I did add some ham, and used a little less broth and a can of crushed tomatoes instead. I also added 2 cloves of crushed garlic because I'm a big garlic lover. Definitely a keeper.

Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2008
I made these and they were delicious! The garlic was subtle and even my picky husband loved them. I couldn't stop "tasting"{ them while waiting for the meatloaf to finish. I did add a little more milk because we like creamier potatoes. This is definitely a keeper!
