Sue's Hot Fudge Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2014
Amazing recipe. I did not add vanilla. It is important to boil for the 7 minutes to allow it to thicken up. Very rich. Very sweet. Perfect.

Single Crust Peach Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2010
FABULOUS! I made a gluten free version. I simply substituted Splenda for sugar (although this is not required for the recipe to be GF), used a GF pie crust, and used GF flour. FANTABULOUS.

Peanut Butter Popcorn

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2010
GREAT recipe. I love the ooey-gooeyness of it. I used 130 mini marshmallows instead of 20 big ones and 1 stick of butter instead of margerine. Loved it.

Michelle's Soft Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2009
Fabulous recipe! I substituted butter for the margerine and 4 tsp. baking powder for the baking soda/cream of tartar. I chilled the dough for 30 minutes in the fridge and 10 in the freezer. The cookies turned out GREAT! Plus, my kids rolled the dough and used cookie cutters to cut shapes...the dough was man-handled to say the least! The kids even rolled little eyes and mouths for the little "angel" cookies they made and even with all that, the cookies turned out GREAT!

Cheesy Chicken Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2005
Wish I would have read reviews first...VERY VERY TASTY, but the crescent rolls do not cook up well with the soup mixture. I will definitely make this again, but will cook the stuffed rolls first and then add the about half of the soup mixture. It was difficult to stuff the crescent rolls with so much stuff..I would suggest cutting down to 1/4 c chicken or use rectangles instead of triangles. Otherwise very YUMMY!
