Wine and Garlic Pork (Portuguese Vina Dosh)

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2014
This is a very tasty dish! Next time I would decrease the red wine vinegar. It was just a little too vinegary for our taste. But very easy to make and we enjoyed it very much.

Portuguese Bread French Toast

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2014
Took other reviewers advice and increased sugar to half a cup and added one extra egg yolk. I baked at 350° for 20 minutes and an 8 inch round pan. Turned out fabulous didn't last long in our house. Can't wait to make it again.

I added some diced red & yellow bell peppers & some tomato sauce with water (in equal parts) to create more broth. We loved it! Will be making this again!

This is one of my familys favorites!!!!!! I make this often! It is so quick & easy to throw in the crockpot before I head off to work. I can put the meat in frozen too!! I do find that guinness beer works the best!!! Thanks for a new family favorite!!

Beef and Bean Chimichangas

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2010
Absolutely an amazing dish!! My whole family (kids too) love these!! I do make a few minor adjustments..I use a bag of frozen veggies (a southwest flavored mix) (you'll want to drain after these heat up) & I cut the chili powder & the cumin in half. I also use enchilada sauce instead of taco sauce (it's just whats in my pantry). Thanks for a great recipe!!

Oven-Fried Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2010
My family loves this dish (even the picky kids)!! It is the simpliest, tastiest addition to your pork chops!!! I too use the Italian breadcrumbs (it is just what I always have on hand). This recipe is quick & easy too, & who doesn't love that!
