Braised Balsamic Chicken
Really great chicken recipe. I used fresh tomatoes and minced garlic and left everything else the same. Thanks!

Sensational Sirloin Kabobs
This was the best kabob I have ever had! The marinade for the steak was perfect! I chopped up the mushroom stems and some onion and added it to the marinade to make a reduction to accompany the kabobs - YUM! (Make sure to boil the marinade for a few minutes so its safe to eat!)

Turkey Noodle Stew
I really like this recipe! I made it with chicken instead of turkey, added sliced fresh mushrooms, and then followed the recipe exactly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it needs more liquid- its too dry for stew and too wet for a skillet meal. Next time I'll double the broth and soup, add some celery and possibly more frozen veggies. This is a great recipe that you can easily tweak to suit youur tastes!
