Baked Leeks
I wanted to try this recipe but was out of chedder cheese so I used parmesan instead....OMG!!! The outcome was awesome!!! The cheese swich it the only change I made and the result was a restaurant quality dish that I will add to my list of best recipes of all times! Wow...Thanks for this fabulous recipe!

Greek Salad III
Wow!! This salad is wonderful!! I used double the amounts of red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and feta called for. Additionally, I used plain feta instead of tomato basil. Since the store was out of plumb tomatoes, I used cherry tomatoes instead. I cut them in half. They were so sweet and added to the flavor. My partner loved this salad and I plan to add it my list of regulars.

Bread Pudding II
I used this recipe to salvage the crusts of 3 loaves of whole wheat bread. I had trimmed the bread crusts to make finger sandwiches & did not want to throw them out. I used 2% lactose free milk and heart smart margarine. Like several other readers, I used half brown sugar and half white sugar. I followed another reader's recipe for vanilla sauce and OMG....the outcome was wonderful!! Using whole wheat bread was a definite plus and the sauce was out of this world. This is a new family favorite...Awesome!!
