Sarah's Banana Bread Muffins
I liked these. Thanks Sarah they were easy to make and really do resemble a bread like texture.... prolly due to the lack of baking powder so there not puffy like muffins. I never use walnuts due to peanut allergies but i never heard of using cocoanut. Maybe next time i'll try shredded cocoanut as it doesn't affect the peanut allergy. I hate changing original recipes but i did to the flour portion. Only cause i need fiber i used 1 cup of white flour and 1 cup of whole wheat flour ... my family is none the wiser of this change. I made these befor reading reviews about people cutting the sugar..... and yeah you could probly cut the sugar a bit but all my sweet tooth kids and hubby will have them gone in no time. I will make these again ... the title easy to make always catches my eye as time is of the essence for me. Thanks again Sarah.

Slow Cooker German-Style Pork Roast with Sauerkraut and Potatoes
This was a nice change. The potatoes picked up all the flavor from the sauerkraut and garlic. I loved it. The meat was super tender. I did not have caraway seeds so maybe next time i'll get some. I was surprised the potatoes did not go mushy at all they stayed nice and firm but were cooked through. I will make this again.
