Asian Stir Fry Sauce

I used 1/3 cup of the corn syrup and reduced sodium soy sauce. Amazing! I do however marinate my meat for a bit in some dark soy sauce and a little flour.

These are awesome! The taste of a Pumpkin Roll without all the work. However, the baking time only needs to be 20mins. Delish!!

Sophie's Zucchini Bread

Wonderful recipe! Instead of walnuts I use chocolate chips. I also bake this in a loaf pan that has 8 mini loaves. I bake for 20 minutes and they come out perfect. I get about 18 loaves.

Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers

I used portobello mushrooms, frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry) and cooked it on the stove. Served it over butterflied chicken cooked on the grill. I also served angel hair pasta coated in EVOO and salt and pepper. INCREDIBLE!!!

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Amazing! I cooked my chicken, cubed, in the slow cooker with a mixture of Smart Balance and a packet of Italian Dressing mix for 5 hours. Then I added it to the Ricotta cheese and spinach mixture. I also added more garlic. The whole family loved it!

First thing my husband said was, "Oh wow!" I did add the extra 2oz. of cream cheese and left out the optionals. I think they are wonderful! My kids love them too :O)

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

So good and so easy. I just put frozen chicken breast in at the beginning and shred them at the end. To serve I added a squeeze of lime juice, sour cream and cheese. Next time I think I will add black beans to the soup for added texture and vitamins.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

I love this recipe!! Make it the way stated and you won't be dispointed...it has a completely different flavor compared to other chicken slow cooker recipes. It has a roasted chicken flavor by cooking the chicken in the butter and dressing mix. Don't stray and put the soup in in the beginning or you'll end up with a standared slow cooker recipe.

Pepperoni Stuffed Zucchini

I made this for dinner last night and loved it!! I did jazz it up a bit by adding minced garlic, italian seasoning and cooking the mixture in EVOO. I also salt and peppered the boats and added an italian blend cheese to the boats before adding the mixture and also topped with additional cheese. I served it with the sliced tomatoes with fresh herb dressing from this sight. Will definetely make again!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Loved the cloves!!! My oh my...watching them bake right now and have not noticed any spreading. The only thing I changed was adding butterscotch chips instead of raisins. This is definetely a keeper for me. Now if I could only keep my husband from eating all the dough...

Wow!! Used 1/3 less fat chream cheese and peppercorn ranch. Can't wait till it comes out of the oven...I couldn't stop eating it out of the pan!!

Italian Sausage Soup

Incredible! I used Jimmy Dean's sage sausage. Added and onion and italian seasoning. To add extra beans I used a can of red kidney beans when I added the northern beans. I also subsituted frozen spinach at the end. Loved this soup. Can't wait to make again!
