Buffalo Chicken Dip

Have made this several times for parties and potlucks and it's always very popular. I like it served with pretzel chips and celery. Seems like it would be simple to cut in half and, if you are so inclined, make it with low-fat ingredients to make it a bit healthier. Thought, let's be honest, no one is eating this to be healthy!

Easy and really good. Tastes very authentic, from someone who's eaten naan in India. We didn't need baking soda for the nice bubbles - the key is to get it uniformly thin before grilling. We used a grill pan on the stove top (since it's Jan. in MN) and it worked great. Looking forward to trying it with a baking stone on the charcoal grill come warmer weather.
