Cinnamon Raisin Bread I
This is a very tasty bread, but I substituted brown sugar instead of white. To the previous reviewer, one thing I recall an experienced baker telling me is that fresh milk does need to be heated, as the enzymes weaken the gluten in the dough. Using powdered milk makes this step unnecessary as you mentioned.
