Baked French Toast
I made this for a Christmas brunch and it was yummy! The candy-like crust tastes like pralines and I think would be improved by the addition of a handful of chopped pecans. We garnished this french toast with a puree of "no sugar added" peaches and 2 teaspoons of peach brandy instead of syrup. A dab of whipped cream just tops this off!
