French Dip Sandwiches

I also used a tri-tip roast, but instead of water, used veggie broth. Also, I added a little Worcestershire and cooked on high for 4 hours. Delish! This will definitely be added to the meal rotation!

Marty's Thai Chicken Satay

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2013
I used lemongrass paste instead of the fresh- all my guests raved about this chicken. The dipping sauce was a bit runny, but it had yummy flavor. Definately will make again- often!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2012
Super yummy! I added half a cup of Guinness, and used chicken Italian sausage to lower fat content.. Made it in the crockpot on Saturday, ate it on Sunday. My husband likes it spicier, so he added Tabasco to his- added to my recipe box!

Grilled Mediterranean Greek Pizza with Sundried Tomato Chicken Sausage

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2010
My husband raved about this pizza (and doesn't believe in chicken on ANY pizza!!). However, i did have to substitute. Betty Crocker Pizza crust- baked w/o toppings for 6 minutes, then pizza sauce (out of a can), onions, lite mozzerella, feta, 15 kalamata olives sliced, and spinach/garlic chicken sausage. Then I sprinkled garlic and oregano over all of it. If I would have had a tomato, I would have put that on, too. Super Yummy!!

Insanely Amazing Jalapeno Cheese Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2009
A huge hit at a party! Instead of baking it in the bread, I put it in a small casserole. When I tasted it, it needed a little zing- so I added a few sprinkes of tabasco. Very Yummy!

Very Good Flavor!!! I used chicken instead of shrimp, and I didn't have enough red pepper or garlic, so I used szechwan garlic chili sauce- super yummy. Just like carryout.

Sugar Cookie Cutouts

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2008
This is a great recipe! However, I had to tweek it a bit. I realized that the dough is super sticky- so I only take out of the refrigerator 1/4 of it at a time, I have to use a pastry cloth and a rolling pin cover. I also increased the baking powder to 1 Tablespoon.
