I gave it four stars because I had to back off the rum by half. It all depends on how strong you like the drink. I'm a light weight! Great recipe and drink!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

I enjoyed this recipe. I was looking for a crust that was a little bit crispy and this one delivered. I halved the recipe to make one pizza and it was just the right thickness. I baked the crust slightly before adding my toppings. As some of the other reviewers said this crust didn't turn a golden brown when baked. I used this crust recipe and the beer pizza recipe from this site for the sauce. It was a great combination and I would have it again.

Beer Pizza

I really enjoyed this. The addition of the beer is a really nice touch. With most homemade sauce recipes I find that they are too sweet for my tastes, this one was not overly sweet. It had a really nice balance. I did add a little more salt than the recipe called for just to suit my personal preference. This will be our go to sauce recipe.

Balsamic Bruschetta

Add onion to this and then use it as a topping for an Italian type sub. Delicious! I put this on one half of a sliced ciabatta roll, topped with provolone cheese and heated it through in the oven. On the other half of the ciabatta roll I put hard salami, ham, and pepperoni also heated through. It was a great lunch.

French Dip Sandwiches

This is good stuff and super easy. I am not crazy about thyme so I cut back slightly on the amount that I added. I am not salt sensitive so used the other ingredients as recipe stated. Will make this again!

Sausage-Filled Stars

This is a great recipe. They are absolutely delicious and easy to make. Not really expensive to make either. This will definitely be my go to appetizer recipe. I followed the ingredients exactly as written. Wontons took a little longer to brown in my oven than the recipe states.

Pollo Fajitas

Loved this recipe. It was quick, easy, and absolutely delicious. All the flavors do blend nicely. Served with salsa and fat free sour cream for a wonderful low-fat meal.
