Jalapeno Popper Cups
These are fantastic prepared as written! I did leave out the bacon bits since I didn't have any and used sriracha for the hot sauce. Use the phyllo cups, they add a delicate crisp texture and fresh jalapeƱo so they don't taste pickled. My 23 year old nephew popped one in his mouth and said "these are amazing". They were demolished in minutes! Definitely recommend this recipe ??

Hot Bean Dip
This dip is awesome! I have made it several times and it's always a big hit! I omitted the parsley and green onions and added a whole lot more drops of Tabasco. We like it spicy! Other than that I follow the recipe to the T. Thanks for the great recipe J. Van Liere!

Tacos De Matamoros
Best taco meat ever! I've made this several times and am just getting around to rating it. I've recommended the recipe to family and friends and they all love it too! I use ground turkey and always save the liquid I drain off to season pinto beans. Just cook the dry pinto beans as directed and add the reserved liquid once the beans are tender. If you chill the reserved liquid you can easily remove the layer of fat from the top. Helps to save a few calories. Thank you for the great recipe RHONDA35!
