Vickie's Beer Bread

I was looking for a recipe similar to Wind and Willow beer bread. This was pretty close but the texture was not quite there. I added a cup of sugar since i like a sweeter bread. Looking forward working with the texture and trying different beers.

Festive Bean Spread

I have been making this dip for years and it is a hit at every party. It's good to experiement with different types of salsa for different flavors.

Totally Groovy Chocolate Fondue

This is a great starting point for a chocolate fondue recipe. I omitted the cinnamon and coffee and used mint Bailey's instead of cherry brandy. As others suggested, I doubled the amount of heavy cream (plus a little more towards the end.)
