Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
The best recipe I have tried on allrecipes.com! I too omitted the flour step. Fantastic!! Really nice flavor!!

Margarita Grilled Shrimp
Meh.....this was ok in my book. I added a bit more tequila and lime juice and it still didn't have a strong enough flavor for me personally. I'll try something else next time.
