Pecan Tarts

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2011
Great base for recipe, if your using muffin tins instead of mini's it will make enough dough for 6 tarts, i also over cooked them a little as they were done about 6-7 mins before the timer went off but really easy and definitely at least 4 stars!

Rainbow Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2010
I havent made this but I wonder if anyone knows if you could spike this type of jello? There is a stag and doe coming up and the bride and groom are looking for interesting and different ways to serve the alcohol. I was thinking the little squares would be a cool alternative to your run of the mill jelo shooters :)

Basil Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2010
I loved this recipe, I made the mistake of putting the cream in before the nuts (I used roasted almonds) which messed a bit with the consistency but delicious. I like others had to thicken the sauce with a flour rue but this is a suject of personal preference. Although in doing this I should have put in additional garlic clove, more basil and a touch more parm. My boyfriend and I put this over homemade pasta for lunch the next day. He really liked it and this man doesnt fib when it comes to food. YUM

Bourbon-Mango Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2010
Was delicious! My boyfriend loved it and told his whole family how good it was so thank you, I wasnt cooking at home so I bought all the stuff only to find no slow cooker was available to me. i cooked the meat for 6 hours at 275. Turned out so good, just like a slow cooker would have done it to my pleasant surprise! Also had chili powder so i used a smoky bbq sauce to make up for the lack of chipotle.
