Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I added some spices that suit our tastes and we loved it! I've been trouble finding a good recipe that really gives tilapia that extra taste. I'm glad I gave this one a shot, my husband hates mayo and we had no problem with this. We will be making this on a regular basis!

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

My husband said that the fish itself was great tasting but he couldn't taste the garlic or lemon even when I increased the original amount (I did saute the garlic and butter beforehand, I used 3 cloves of garlic, 3 tbsp of butter and 2 tbsp of butter as others had posted). I will probably not make again but will look for a different recipe that is similar with more taste.

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

I followed the recipe completely except I let the steak sit for an hour like others suggested and I wasn't too happy with the results. The steak itself was amazing but the vinegar was just so strong I couldn't stand it. Not sure if or what I did wrong, but the sauce was just too overwhelming.

Chesapeake Bay Pasta Chicken and Shrimp

My husband loved this pasta! He said it was one of his favorite things I've ever made, plus he didn't want me to give any away either. To be honest, I am not a fan of these type of pastas but my husband who does like them loved it. He said that the cream mixture made the recipe. I also added some vegetables - broccoli, carrots and cauliflower seems to do great. I am so surprised that everyone could love this recipe with the only spice being Old Bay. Very nice recipe and we will make again!

Garlic Lover's Chicken

My husband absolutely loved this chicken! We love garlic, so we followed tips above and put in two cloves of garlic and my husband also sprinkled some garlic powder on top of the chicken. We thought that we could have cooked it longer, perhaps by broiling the last few minutes to make it more crispy. Probably will do that next time, but that varies on ovens. Will definitely make this recipe again -- my husband said it was the best chicken he's ever had, and his mom is an expert cook. Try this one if you can!

Basic Baked Spaghetti

I used a little more meat than was requested and only had Mexican cheese on hand (which worried me a little) but it still turned out just as great. Actually gave leftovers to Italian in-laws and they loved it as well. My niece (who apparently never eats spaghetti unless is plain) actually asked for seconds as well as the other children. We will make this again. I did take it out a little early because we were afraid 30 minutes was too long. It turned out just great anyways.

Amazing Chicken

I was very reluctant to use this recipe but had leftover mayo from a previous recipe I used. However, as previous posts claim, I could not even taste the mayo at all! I did add some of the recommended spices, such as a tad cayenne pepper, parmesan cheese and garlic. My husband said he'd add more garlic and cayenne pepper next time to add more flavor. But overall, it was very good. We both don't really like breaded chickens but didn't mind this one. Will make again!

Last Minute Mushrooms

My husband surprisingly loved these mushrooms. He likes Italian food and said that next time he would put more Parmesan cheese afterwards and less salt on it. (I didn't measure the salt as directed -- so that is my fault). Overall, we loved this recipe and will use again! Thank you for sharing!

Maryland Crab Cakes III

Amazing crab cakes! My husband is a huge seafood lover and he loved these. He said that they were the best he has ever had - at home or at a restaurant. My husband claims he added a bit more brown mustard to give it a bit more spicy taste, but he loved it just as much. We will be making this again!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

They were very good. Ours were a little undercooked and people commented we should try to put crabmeat/bacon in it to make it amazing. Will keep this recipe to make it again though -- but next time with meat and a tad bit longer in the oven.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Very good recipe -- the in law's loved it. Maybe let the shrimp soak in the sauces for a little bit longer and try not to overcook it. Ours turned out a little rubbery because we slightly overcooked it but everybody still loved it. Will keep this recipe on hand to cook again.

Teriyaki Marinated Chicken

We didn't have pineapple juice on hand so we used Sweet & Sour and splash of Teriyaki Marinade -- but my husband still loved it. He thinks this is as good as 5-star restaurants. We're very young cooks (21 year olds) but this recipe was very easy to make and great. Will definitely be making this one again!!!

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

GREAT MEAL! It was so quick to cook! I had to shorten the cooking time from the original recipe. My husband said it was the best chicken we've ever made at home and it was better than any he's ever had before (and his mom is a great cook). We're young college students, so we will definitely be making this recipe again.
