Cranberry Orange Muffins with Truvia(R) Baking Blend
These were pretty good! I used 2/3 cup granulated sugar as recommended by another reviewer as well as dried cranberries. They were a little bit dry, but the flavor was terrific! I would definitely make these again.

Velveeta(R) Salsa Mac and Cheese
This was delicious! I was using leftover ingredients from taco night, so I had to adjust the recipe a little bit to fit the quantities that I had left. My ground beef had taco seasoning on it, which was a great touch! I also had to use spiral noodles instead of macaroni, because that's all I had. I think I may have added a little too much, but I just added a little bit more water and it was fine. I added about half the amount of Velveeta, because I don't really care for it that much. It was still plenty cheesy/creamy. I will definitely make this again!

Apple Cheese Pizza
It was pretty good! I used granny smith apples and I would recomend using them. I took the skin off the apples and I would recommend doing that also. I love cream cheese, so I put a lot on but it was messy because it was coming out the sides, so even if you love cream cheese I wouldn't put a ton on. ;)
